Bottom Line

We're the only fabric building installer in Canada that publishes flat-rate pricing on every size, every brand. Send us your dimensions and we'll come back the same day with the price from this page and a date for the install. No qualifying calls. No estimates that change at invoice time. Pick a size below.

Alberta Crews, Covering Most of Canada

The Only Installer That Puts the Price on the Page

Everyone else makes you call, wait, and wonder. We put the number where you can see it and book the day you choose.

Exact Pricing

Your price is on this page. Not an estimate, not a range, not "it depends." Scroll down, find your building size, and that number is what you pay. Period.

Any Brand, Any Kit

TMG, Uncle Wiener, Suihe, Gold Mountain, ShelterLogic, Hills Industrial, auction mystery buys — if it shipped in a crate, we know how to stand it up.

We Make It Work

Missing hardware. Bent tubing. Instructions in a language nobody speaks. Our crews have opened every kind of crate and put the building up anyway. Whatever shows up, we handle it.

What Other Installers Make You Do. What We Do Instead.

Everyone Else
  • Fill out a quote form. Wait two-to-five days.
  • Take a "qualifying call" to see if you're worth quoting.
  • Get a verbal range — not a number.
  • Watch the price climb at invoice time with change orders.
  • Find out the crew has put up two of your brand. Ever.
Max Contractors
  • See the price before you message us — on this page.
  • Send brand, size, location. We come back same day.
  • A flat number from the table. Travel itemized at cost.
  • The invoice matches what we told you on day one.
  • A crew that's opened crates from 30+ brands of kit.

We publish the price because you shouldn't have to trade your phone number for a number on a piece of paper. You're an adult buying a building. Compare prices the way you compare anything else.

This Table Is the Industry Secret We Don't Keep.

Find your size. That number is what you pay. No callbacks, no qualifying questions, no "let me have someone reach out." Brand doesn't change the price — size does.

Equipment

Every build needs 1–2 manlifts. Got them on site? We'll use yours. Don't? We rent what's needed at market rate and pass it through at cost. Zero markup.

Accommodation

Multi-day builds need a place for the crew. Bunkhouse, spare room, anything nearby — we'll take it. Otherwise we book the closest basic rooms (double occupancy) and pass the cost through. No resort stays on your tab.

Travel

Crews are based in Alberta. Most Alberta jobs are same-day drives. Farther out, travel days are billed at a reduced rate plus fuel — and we give you that number before we leave the yard. The invoice will match what we told you.

Our Standing Commitments
  • If we don't show up the day we said. We deduct one travel day from your final invoice. No argument, no asking.
  • If our number changes after we send the quote. The price you got from this page and our quote email is the price — full stop. The only line items that move are the pass-through ones (rental equipment, accommodation, travel) and only if you signed off on those before the crew rolled.
  • If we're not the right installer for your job. We tell you. Sometimes that means a Maritimes installer is closer, sometimes it means waiting a week for an opening. We'd rather lose the build than send a crew that's wrong for the job.

Send Us Your Details

Tell us the brand, model, and size. A photo of the crate or a product link helps, but isn't required. We'll come back with a price and a timeline — usually the same day.

We Confirm & Schedule

We review your building details, confirm the price from the table, and lock in a date. No back-and-forth, no "we'll get back to you." You'll know exactly what it costs and exactly when we show up.

Your Building Goes Up

Crew rolls in with lifts, tools, and everything needed. Trusses go up, fabric gets tensioned, doors get hung, anchors go into your foundation. We walk you through the finished build before we leave.

Every Season That Kit Sits in a Crate, You're Losing Money.

The building is bought. The equipment it should be protecting is still outside. Here's what that costs.

In Equipment & Property Lost to Weather, 2024

A record year — and most of it was preventable. Hail, wind, ice, and UV degradation destroyed billions in unprotected equipment and materials across the Prairies. Proper coverage isn't an expense. It's the line between a bad storm and a bad year.

Resale Value Lost to Outdoor Storage

UV cracks paint and dashboards. Moisture breeds rust. Snow loads warp hydraulics. Covered equipment consistently commands 8–15% more at resale than identical machines stored outside. On a $350,000 tractor, that's $28,000–$52,000 you'll never get back.

UV Blocked by a Fabric Building

The cover you bought doesn't just keep rain off. It blocks nearly all UV-A and UV-B radiation — the kind that fades paint, degrades rubber seals, and dries out every surface it touches. But only once it's standing.

Straight Answers

Yes. Steel tubes, fabric cover, hardware bags — if it shipped as a kit, we install it. TMG, Uncle Wiener, Suihe, auction finds, brands we've never seen the logo of. The core engineering across manufacturers is similar. Our crews know the patterns cold.
It happens. Kits from every brand occasionally arrive with something missing or bent. Our crews have opened enough crates to expect the unexpected — they adapt on-site and keep the build moving. You won't be stuck on hold with an overseas manufacturer trying to sort it out yourself.
We don't pour foundations — concrete pads, post pads, screw piles are your job (or someone we refer you to). We don't do site grading or earth-moving. We don't sell kits — we're installers, not a dealer. We don't take warranty work for buildings we didn't put up. That focus is the reason we're better than a generalist contractor at this.
