Max Contractors publishes installation guides, brand reviews, and comparisons to help people plan a fabric building project. We sell installation services, so this is a contractor's resource with a commercial purpose.
Use the right source for the question.
- Our installation prices: use the current base installation table and its review date. The cost guide explains what is included and what is extra.
- A manufacturer's product: check the current documents for the exact model, including the assembly manual, specification sheet, warranty, and written purchase terms. A comparison article does not replace those documents.
- A site's requirements: use the relevant local authority and the professionals responsible for the site design. Our planning guide helps organize the questions; it does not approve a foundation, anchoring system, or permit.
- An existing project: the agreed written scope and quote govern that job. A later website price does not rewrite an existing agreement.
Separate evidence from judgment.
A useful review distinguishes published manufacturer specifications, documented installation observations, and our assessment of suitability. A brand review is not evidence that we have installed every model in its catalogue. Confirm important product details with the supplier before buying.
Project examples should identify only details supported by the job records and cleared for publication. We do not use invented customer quotations, project counts, test results, or ratings as proof.
Read dates in context.
A page update date describes an edit to that page. It does not mean every manufacturer specification, warranty, or catalogue price has been checked again on that date. A dated supplier figure is a reference point; confirm its current status with the supplier.
Our own installation table is maintained separately. Published figures are base installation prices in Canadian dollars before applicable tax. Equipment rentals, travel, and lodging are additional and are calculated after discussing the project details.
