Galvanized steel truss frames, weather-rated PVC or PE fabric depending on tier, and a structure that, when properly assembled and tensioned, will do its job for a typical service life. We'd put Capital Auto shelters in the same general quality bracket as TMG, Suihe, and the imported double-truss kits we install regularly — solid for the price, not premium, but capable.
What we wouldn't do is buy a Capital Auto shelter for a serious commercial application that's going to see daily wear, multiple years of heavy use, and Prairie wind exposure. The complications are usually parts-related rather than skill-related: the manual is generic, the support line isn't shelter-specific, and a missing tension strap discovered halfway through a build stops the build. For 40-wide and up, get a crew.
