Max Contractors provides installation of customer-supplied fabric building kits. We do not sell kits, pour foundations, or perform site grading. Your site and foundation must be prepared and ready before the crew arrives, as described on our homepage and in your quote.
Installation prices published on this site are flat rates by building size, in Canadian dollars. The price confirmed in your written quote is the price you pay for installation labour. Pass-through items — equipment rental, crew accommodation on multi-day builds, and travel beyond same-day Alberta drives — are itemized at cost, quoted before the crew departs, and only charged if you approved them in advance. Published prices may change; the price in your confirmed quote is honoured for the quoted project.
Install dates are confirmed in writing. Extreme weather that makes work unsafe (by our crew lead's judgment) can shift the schedule; we communicate promptly and reschedule at no penalty to you. If we fail to show on the confirmed day for reasons within our control, we deduct one travel day from your final invoice.
We install kits as engineered by their manufacturers and anchor to the foundation you have prepared. Missing or damaged parts are common with some brands; our crews carry spare hardware and adapt on-site where safe and structurally sound to do so. Manufacturer warranties on materials remain between you and the kit seller. We stand behind our workmanship on installations we perform; we do not take warranty work for buildings we did not install.
We carry $2M commercial general liability insurance and $500K equipment insurance, and maintain current WCB coverage for all crew members. Certificates are available on request before any build.
