Scope of Service
Max Contractors provides installation of customer-supplied fabric building kits. We do not sell kits, pour foundations, or perform site grading. Your site and foundation must be prepared and ready before the crew arrives, as described on our homepage and in your quote.
Pricing
Base installation covers crew assembly of the frame, cover installation and tensioning, and anchoring to the agreed prepared base. Equipment rentals, travel, and lodging are assessed separately after discussing your project. The kit, site preparation, foundations, and permits are separate.
Scheduling & Weather
Install dates and scheduling conditions are confirmed in writing. Weather, site conditions, or missing components may require a change to the plan; scheduling changes and their implications should be discussed and agreed for the project.
Kits, Parts & Workmanship
We install kits as engineered by their manufacturers and anchor to the foundation you have prepared. Missing or damaged parts are common with some brands; our crews carry spare hardware and adapt on-site where safe and structurally sound to do so. Manufacturer warranties on materials remain between you and the kit seller. We stand behind our workmanship on installations we perform; we do not take warranty work for buildings we did not install.

Ask for current insurance and WCB documentation when arranging your installation.
