The installation part
of your building project.
You have a fabric building kit. You need a crew to assemble it. Max Contractors provides installation for customer-supplied kits, with an Alberta operating base and wider travel assessed by project.
Our scope centres on the frame, cover, and anchoring to the agreed prepared base. The building purchase, groundworks, foundations, and permits sit outside the published base installation price.
The work is hands-on.

A price you can look up.
Published installation prices give you a starting point before you make contact. The building footprint sets the listed base price. Equipment rentals, travel, lodging, and any project-specific work are considered separately once we understand your kit and site.

Across brands.
Tell us the manufacturer, model, dimensions, and what has arrived. We can review dealer kits, online purchases, auction purchases, and projects where work has already started. An unusual model or incomplete building needs an individual assessment.
Know what you are agreeing to.
Before mobilization, confirm the scope, site responsibilities, equipment plan, scheduling, and payment conditions in writing. Ask for current insurance and WCB documentation when arranging the job. Manufacturer material warranties and installation workmanship are different responsibilities; have both explained for your project.
A disclosed commercial relationship.
MaxCon has a commercial relationship with MAX Storage Buildings; this does not affect our pricing or which brands we install.
Max Contractors and MAX Storage Buildings are separate businesses. The relationship should be kept in mind when reading our MAX-specific review and comparison content.
