The project comes first

A clear next step
for the engineering.

Tell us the location, what you have and what needs to be resolved. We organize the information with our engineering partner so the work starts with a defined scope.

01 / THE BUILDING

Missing or incomplete drawings

New, used, auction-purchased or customer-owned kits. We start with the exact model and available information, including buildings from other manufacturers.

What to gather when drawings are missing →
02 / THE BASE

Foundations and anchorage

Project-specific foundation or anchorage requirements. Building documents, site information and intended use help our partner define the engineering work.

03 / EXISTING WORK

Relocations and alterations

A building that is moving, has been changed or is partly assembled. Describe its condition and the proposed work so the review addresses the actual project.

04 / THE DOCUMENTS

Permit-document requests

A municipality has asked for engineering information. Share its written request so the proposed scope can address it. The local authority decides permit requirements and approval.

Fabric buildings and related storage structures are our starting point. For a different project, describe it in your request; we’ll confirm whether our partner can take it on.

Engineering support, coordinated

Your project.
Our engineering partnership.
One point of contact.

We work directly with our engineering partner to move your project forward. Max Contractors manages the coordination, and our partner handles the professional engineering review and documentation.

01 — START THE CONVERSATION

Describe the project.

Send your name, contact, location and question. You can add the model, dimensions and available documents afterward. Unknown details are fine.

02 — AGREE THE SCOPE

Confirm the work.

Our engineering partner confirms project suitability, the information needed and the proposed deliverables. The responsible firm, scope, fees and timing are confirmed before paid work starts.

03 — KEEP IT MOVING

Coordinate the details.

Max Contractors organizes project information and communication. Our partner performs the engineering work within its engagement. Installation can be scoped separately if you need a crew.

Start with what you know

You don’t need

  • The site and intended use
Nearest town, province and what the building will be used for.
  • Existing information
Drawings, manual, specifications, photos and any previous work.

Before you enquire

Know what
happens next.

Can I request engineering without installation?

Yes. Engineering can be a standalone enquiry. You do not need to buy a building or book an installation with Max Contractors.

What if my building came from another company?

Customer-owned kits and other manufacturers’ buildings are welcome for consideration. The model, documentation, condition, location and intended use determine what our engineering partner can assess.

Who performs the engineering?

Our engineering partner handles the professional engineering review and documentation. Max Contractors manages the coordination and stays your point of contact. The responsible firm and its authorization for the project’s province are confirmed before engagement.

Can every building receive engineering drawings?

No. Missing specifications, undocumented changes or the building’s condition can limit what can be assessed. Our partner may need further information, a preliminary assessment or changes before a full design can be scoped, and may decline a project.

Is there an instant engineering price?

No. The work depends on the project, documentation, location, intended use and deliverables. We confirm the proposed scope, fees and timing before paid work begins.

Which provinces can you help in?

Include the project’s province in your request. We confirm our engineering partner’s applicable authorization and ability to accept that scope before engagement.

Does an engineering request guarantee a permit?

No. The municipality or other authority decides its requirements and approval. The engineering engagement addresses the technical work agreed for the project.
