DrySpan™ R-20.
Insulate your space.
R-20 insulation for the space you want to heat.
DrySpan™ is six-inch fibreglass insulation with a white protective facing. It hangs inside suitable framing as a separate layer, keeping the roof or fabric cover free of bonded insulation.
Fabric building, steel shop, pole building or another structure: tell us what you own. We’ll review the building and quote the supply package for the areas you want to cover.

Insulation inside.
The outer cover stays separate.
DrySpan™ is supported mechanically inside the building. It is not sprayed or glued to the roof. Sections can be detached for access or changes; disturbed supports and seals need reinstating.
The six-inch fibreglass core has white protective facing on both sides. The insulation is four feet wide, excluding its flat margins. Long edges are sealed as supplied; cut ends, joints and the final closure are completed on site.
R-20 describes the insulation material at its specified thickness. Doors, seams, framing and air leakage affect the finished building’s performance.

The name identifies your building, not a pre-approved fit. Model, frame, supports and clearances are reviewed before ordering. Brand names do not imply manufacturer approval or affiliation. For an unlisted building, choose Other brand in the form.
Brand and seller names identify customers’ buildings, not an affiliation or approved retrofit. Models and support requirements vary; each structure is reviewed.

Plan the details.
The material follows the inside roof and walls. Floor area alone does not tell us how much insulation you need. End walls and door openings are assessed separately.
Your quote should identify insulation quantities, seam tape, any hanging hardware, optional door treatment and freight. Keep installation labour and the building purchase separate.
Confirm the support arrangement, finished clearances, lighting and moisture-control requirements before ordering. Your installer carries out the hanging and sealing.
Straight answers
before you enquire.
Can I ask about DrySpan™ for a TMG, Hills, SKLP or other-brand building?
Yes. Select your brand or seller in the form, then add the model if you know it. We accept enquiries for the building brands Max Contractors installs, auction purchases and other structures. The actual frame, supports, roof shape and use determine suitability.
Can it be considered for a steel shop or pole building?
Yes. Start with a supply enquiry for your shop or other structure. Share its framing type, roof shape, dimensions and intended use. Support, space, facing and the requirements of the finished assembly must be checked before a material order is confirmed. A brand name or building type alone does not establish fit.
Do you install the insulation?
No. This offer is insulation supply only through MAX Storage Buildings. You arrange your own installer or crew. Max Contractors’ fabric-building installation service is a separate scope.
Do I need all the measurements to contact you?
No. Choose “Not sure of the measurements? Help me measure” in the form. Send your contact details and whatever building information you have. We’ll identify what is needed before quoting the material quantity.
Can the quote include end walls and the door opening?
Yes. Select the end walls you want covered and the optional insulated door curtain. Add the opening dimensions if known. The curtain is a separate supply item; you provide its track and suitable supports.
Is DrySpan™ the same as a condensation liner?
No. DrySpan™ is fibreglass thermal insulation. The separate 400g inner liner carries no R-value claim. If dripping is the main problem, describe the moisture sources and intended use so the enquiry matches the issue. Read about condensation liners →
Can insulation be discussed with a new building package?
Yes. Request a building package and installation plan with insulation supply included for review. When a building package of any kind is purchased through us, ask how installation can be financed with it. The lender confirms eligible costs and terms; insulation is not an installation service.
