TMG's install-day hardware story is consistent: hardware bags ship short by roughly 1–3% on a typical kit. A few bolts, occasionally a tension strap, sometimes an end-wall corner bracket. TMG is the wrong pick for buyers choosing on spec-per-dollar, for buyers prioritizing long warranty coverage, for buyers whose top priority is cover longevity but who aren't ordering the top-tier 32 oz Pro Series, and for buyers on a budget who've been told TMG is the "value brand" (the value story in this segment is not TMG's story). The single-truss line is a particularly poor value proposition in our assessment — single-truss construction with TMG's standard cover at TMG's single-truss pricing is a combination several Canadian competitors beat without much effort. The 1-year warranty is a meaningful buyer-protection gap against competitors that offer 5–12 years on comparable builds.
