Accu-Steel's 20 years on steel and fabric beats MSB's 12 on paper — the longest published term we see anywhere — while MSB is the only one of the pair whose price you can read tonight. And note the blank that matters: EnduroLoc's fabric weight isn't in Accu-Steel's standard literature, so a cover-to-cover comparison against MSB's 750 g/m² requires the spec sheet from your dealer quote.
Both brands open clean. Ask for the EnduroLoc spec sheet with the quote; without a published fabric weight, that document is your only route to an apples-to-apples cover comparison.

Read both exclusion lists; both carry standard carve-outs for anchoring failure and improper installation.
Both handle Prairie snow and wind when engineered and anchored to spec; the difference is fit, not survival.
