Start with your own maintenance history
List the repairs, cleaning, weather-related interruptions, and storage expenses you can document. Separate normal wear from costs you have reason to associate with how the machine is stored.
Be careful with resale comparisons
Two machines can differ in hours, condition, maintenance, specification, location, and sale timing. A difference in sale price is not automatically the result of covered storage. Ask a relevant dealer or appraiser about the actual equipment.
Price the whole building project
Include the kit, delivery scope, base installation, equipment rentals, travel, lodging, preparation, foundations where applicable, permits, and tax. The published installation price is only one part of that total.
Use scenarios instead of invented certainty
Compare a low, middle, and high estimate for costs you might avoid. Mark each assumption. Include ongoing building maintenance and any financing expense that applies. If the project only works with the most optimistic assumptions, investigate those assumptions before committing.
Check the fit
Footprint and peak height do not establish usable door clearance or manoeuvring room. Confirm the opening, machine dimensions, turning space, and any planned attachments with the building supplier.
Discuss the installation separately
Once the kit and location are known, Max Contractors can review the installation scope and the separate site expenses. We do not promise a fixed increase in equipment resale value.
Planning an installation?
Published prices cover base installation. Equipment rentals, travel, and lodging are additional and are calculated after we discuss the kit, site, location, and schedule with you.
