Professional crew for Red Tag's Premium Storage Buildings and Suihe-platform kits. Flat pricing by size, no brand surcharge.
Red Tag Industries is a Ham Lake, Minnesota dealer that resells Premium Storage Buildings and Suihe products through eBay and direct shipping. The kit inside the crate is the Suihe / Gold Mountain platform — frames and covers we install several times a month. We put them up at our flat rate, $11,888 for a 40'×80', same as any other brand on our homepage table.
Red Tag Industries operates out of Ham Lake, Minnesota as an official dealer for Premium Storage Buildings and Suihe products. They focus on sales — primarily through eBay and direct shipping — and don't run install crews of their own. After your kit lands, anything that comes up around assembly or warranty parts routes back through Suihe's overseas channels, which means typical 2–4 week waits on replacement bolts or panels.
That gap is where we come in. Red Tag's customer base is heavy on Prairie farmers, oilfield service operators, and acreage owners who liked the eBay price and need a crew with the right equipment to put it up. We've installed enough Suihe-platform kits to know what's in the box before the crate is open, and the assembly day looks the same whether the cover ships under the Premium Storage Buildings, Suihe, or Gold Mountain label.
Yes — every model and size Red Tag ships. Premium Storage Buildings, Suihe-branded kits, the BigIron auction lots that get re-shipped under various labels — they all share the same underlying factory platform.
We're brand-agnostic by design. A customer who picked up a Premium Storage Buildings kit on a Red Tag eBay listing pays the same install rate as someone who bought direct from Gold Mountain or through a Canadian dealer. Same footprint, same crew day, same number on the invoice.
The Suihe-platform components Red Tag ships are consistent across sizes:
Two patterns we've learned to plan around:
Flat rate by size, identical to every other brand we install. Common Red Tag / Premium Storage Buildings sizes:
| Size | Install price |
|---|---|
| 20'×40' | $4,888 |
| 30'×40' | $6,888 |
| 30'×60' | $9,888 |
| 40'×60' | $10,888 |
| 40'×80' | $11,888 |
| 50'×100' | $14,888 |
| 60'×120' | $18,888 |
Installation covers full crew, frame assembly, fabric tensioning, doors, and anchoring to your prepared foundation. Equipment (manlifts), travel beyond same-day Alberta drives, and crew lodging on multi-day builds are billed through at cost — no markup. The full install-cost guide walks through every size.
Suihe-platform kits go up at roughly the same pace as the Gold Mountain branded version because the components are identical — only the labels and packing slips change between the dealers.

Red Tag's eBay pricing is one of the cheapest entry points into a real fabric building in this size class. The Suihe / Gold Mountain platform is fine for 5–8 years of light-to-moderate use: hay storage, secondary equipment, overflow inventory, seasonal cover. The frames will hold 15+ years on proper anchoring; the cover is the limiting factor.
For a primary-equipment building — combine sleeps inside, you weld through winter — a 20–25% upcharge to Cover-Tech, North Country, or Dura Shelter buys you a heavier 750 gsm cover, thicker frame steel, and Canadian parts support inside two weeks instead of two months. We install all of them at the same flat rate; the difference is in the kit, not the crew day.

Same pricing applies regardless of brand. Find your size, that's your price.
Yes. We install every Red Tag Industries kit, including the Premium Storage Buildings and Suihe-branded products they ship from Ham Lake, MN. The frames and covers are the same Suihe / Gold Mountain platform we install dozens of times a year. Same flat-rate pricing as every other brand.
Flat rate by size, not by brand. A 40'×80' Red Tag install runs $11,888 — same price we charge for any other brand in that footprint. The full table from 20'×40' to 70'×200' is on our homepage. Installation covers full crew, frame assembly, fabric tensioning, doors, and anchoring to your prepared foundation. Equipment (manlifts), travel beyond same-day Alberta drives, and crew lodging on multi-day builds are billed through at cost — no markup.
Premium Storage Buildings is a white-label line manufactured by Suihe (the same factory that makes Gold Mountain) and resold through dealers like Red Tag Industries on eBay and through BigIron auctions. The frames are galvanised steel hoop, the covers are 350–500 gsm PE, and the hardware is metric. We install them at the same flat rate as the directly-branded Gold Mountain product.
30'×40' through 40'×60' runs 2 days; 40'×80' runs 3 days; 50'×100' runs 4–5 days; 60-wide and 70-wide commercial sizes run 6–9 days. Suihe-platform kits go up at roughly the same pace as Gold Mountain because the components are identical — only the labels and packing slips change between the dealers.
A level compacted gravel pad sized to footprint plus a 2-foot working perimeter, all kit components unpacked and inventoried, and access for a 1-ton truck plus a manlift on the larger sizes. Suihe-platform kits ship in plywood crates with weather-resistant wrapping — open them within a week of arrival to inventory hardware before any moisture creeps in. We do a parts check on day one before the frame goes up.
Flag it the day you open the crate. Red Tag's after-sale support runs through the original Suihe channel, which means a 2–4 week wait on overseas-sourced replacements. We carry a backup hardware tray and substitute on the spot for common bolts, clamps, and base brackets so your build doesn't stall waiting on a freight container. If a major component is missing, we'll either fabricate or rig a temporary brace and you can do the warranty exchange after the building is up.
